MONTHLY TIP
| DINNERS |
With the Food Tastings coming up, we thought we would share some advice surrounding dinners!

Plated Meals
If you are doing a plated meal, please plan to create a name card for each guest. On this card, we will need an indicator for each entree type so our servers know what each guest is having to eat. Some people choose to use stickers (ex: Chicken Icon = Chicken Meal), others have a code (ex: Black = Steak, Pink = Chicken). Please be sure to share at your final meeting what you are using as your indicator.

Buffet Meals
For buffet meals, you do not need a name card for each guest as everyone will go through the line and get their choice of each option. As a reminder, our dual meat buffets are priced at the higher priced meat as each guest will be able to get both entree choices.

Sides
For plated meals, you are allowed to mix + match sides per entree! For example, you can have wild rice + carrots with Salmon and mashed potatoes + green beans with Steak. You cannot mix and match amongst entrees though.
