MONTHLY TIP
| INDOOR CEREMONIES |
Its no secret that this summer has been pretty wet and rainy. We have had to shift several of our ceremonies inside this past month due to weather. Therefore, we wanted to remind you of your backup plans should weather impact your day.

ROOM FLIP
An example of the room flip is shown here to the left. The square windows are the ceremony backdrop and no tables and chairs will be set up for dinner in the space. After the ceremony, everyone will be guided to the lower half of The Aisling near the bar to enjoy social hour. The curtains will close and our staff will begin setting up tables and chairs in the space for dinner. Be sure to designate your coordinator or someone else to set out your decor/place cards at this time. If you choose this option, we do require 3 days notice with no exceptions. If this is the route you choose, you cannot switch to an outside ceremony should the weather clear but you are welcome to use the outdoor ceremony site for cocktail hour.

CURTAIN BACKDROP
If you are set on an outside ceremony and want to push your options down to the day of, you can choose the curtain backdrop. You can see an example of this here. Behind the curtain, your tables will be set and ready for dinner with no need to flip the space - we just need the first 5-10 minutes of cocktail hour to remove the chairs. This is a call you can make the morning of your wedding by 11am. At that point, you cannot switch to an outside ceremony should the weather clear but you are welcome to use the outdoor ceremony site for cocktail hour.
