MONTHLY TIP
| GUEST COMMUNICATION |

As planning continues, it is important that you not only stay in contact with us and your vendors, but also your guests!

RSVPs:

Getting RSVPs on time is essential as your final numbers are due to us 30 days in advance. Make sure you communicate to your guests when these are due and we suggest having guests RSVP atleast 45 days in advance so you can gather their info prior to our final meeting.

Traffic:

Over in Hudson we are not immune to the Midwest summer construction. Make sure to communicate with your guests that they may need to allocate extra time to get to the venue - especially for Friday weddings.

Guest attire:

Let guests know what to wear! On your wedding website, it is sometimes helpful to give guests an idea of what to wear - not only for aesthetics but for the weather. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony, our ceremony site gets little shade. It might be worth telling your guests to dress lightly and bring some sunglasses!
