It's already March?! We can't believe how fast this year is already flying by! We have our first group of events/weddings happening this month and can't wait to get back into the swing of things around here. It is going to be such an amazing 2024 season!
For those of you who are new here, The Aisling Newsletter is full of tips, tricks, and important info that will help you in your planning process. As always, you can access previous newsletters in our archive. Be sure to check them out as the monthly tips are always helpful!

Our final tasting for 2024 couples is just around the corner. If you missed the tasting last fall or the one in February, please be sure to RSVP.

LAST DAY TO RSVP - 4/5/24
5:00PM - Dinner service to begin promptly at 5:15PM
Any couples getting married between September 2024 - December 2024 are welcome to attend.
Please email Ali which date you plan to attend and how many people are in your party.
Food Tastings are free for the bride and groom and $35 for each additional guest.
If you have any conflicts with these dates, please reach out to Ali and we can schedule a private tasting.

ENTREE DECISIONS
Once you have attended one of our tastings, you will have a clearer idea of what you'd like to serve on your big day! Before ordering/ sending out RSVPs, please let us know your entree decisions.​ You can do so by emailing Ali and she can start updating your invoice with your menu choices for you.

REHEARSAL DINNERS
If you would like to have your rehearsal dinner with us, you can now secure the space with a $500 deposit. Please check with Ali for availability.

You will have access to the ceremony site for 1hr and 2hrs to complete your dinner gathering

A $750 food + beverage minimum will be required for all rehearsal dinners
REHEARSALS
If you choose to just do a run-through and not host your dinner with us, a $150 rehearsal fee will be applied. You will have the space for 90 minutes. We can reserve the space for you at your final meeting 30 days out.
