WE'RE BACK!
After taking two months off of newsletters to focus on our first weddings + events, we are so happy to be back sharing newsletters with you all! For those of you who are new here, The Aisling Newsletter is full of tips, tricks, and important info that will help you in your planning process. Appetizers are always a good idea - especially if you have a big drinking crowd.

HOW TO BUDGET?
You should plan to provide at least 3-4 bites per person. If you aren't ordering 3-4 different types of apps, you should plan to double up!

BUTLER PASSED VS. CHAFER?
Butler passed is great if you anticipate many of your guests hanging out outside during cocktail hour. Our staff can make their way outside rather than your guests making their way in. No waiting in line is also a plus!
